Firebird Method LLC ("Firebird Method," "we," "us") is a wellness coaching business based in Charlotte, North Carolina, providing virtual wellness coaching, nutrition and fitness guidance, and access to clinician-supervised wellness programs to adults across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit qctwellness.com and interact with our services, forms, and marketing.
Information you give us: your name and email address (newsletter and offer sign-ups), phone number (SMS marketing sign-up), and any information you include in our contact form or provide when booking a consultation, such as your wellness goals.

Health information: our website and marketing forms are not intended to collect medical or health information, and we ask that you not submit it through them. Medical intake, evaluations, and treatment-related information are collected and handled separately through our secure telehealth and clinical partner, OutfitMD, under their applicable privacy practices and legal obligations.
