Wellness coaching is not a substitute for care from a physician or other licensed healthcare provider. Any prescription therapy, including GLP-1 or peptide treatment, is available only following an evaluation by an independent licensed medical provider, who alone determines whether treatment is appropriate. Not all individuals will qualify. Firebird Method does not prescribe medication, does not guarantee that any individual will be approved for treatment, and does not guarantee any particular health, weight, or wellness outcome. Individual results vary.
Our services are available to individuals 18 years or older located in the United States. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.
Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation. Pricing for programs and products is provided before purchase. All sales are final. Fees for coaching programs, consultations beyond the complimentary initial consultation, and products purchased through our shop are non-refundable. For recurring subscriptions or memberships, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds are issued for the remainder of that period. Prescription medications, where applicable, are non-refundable once dispensed, consistent with pharmacy regulations. Promotional codes — including free shipping offers and first-order discounts — are for one-time use, apply only as described in the offer, cannot be combined with other discount offers, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. First-order discounts apply to a customer's first order only, one per customer/household.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. The arbitration shall take place in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, or remotely by agreement. You and Firebird Method each waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
